The death of George Rapp on December 4th has left the Kansas trapshooting community grieving the loss of a man whose presence brought joy, camaraderie, and kindness to countless lives.

George was more than a competitor; he was a friend, a motivator, and a steady source of warmth at every event. His wife, Sherry Rapp, has shared service details so that the community he loved can gather to honor him:

Burial: 9:30 a.m., Valley View Cemetery, Garden City

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Methodist Church, Main and Kansas Avenues, Garden City

Lunch to follow — a heartfelt reminder of George’s generosity, “with George buying.”
